At Esco Bars Direct, we stand
behind our products 100%. Should you feel the need to return our product, you
have 15 days from the date of purchase to initiate the process.

Customer Care Representatives would be happy to assist you.
Limited to one return or exchange per customer per month. Only
purchases up to $100 qualify for a refund, less shipping costs. Orders over $100
will be approved/denied at Esco Bars Direct sole discretion. We do not accept
returns based on taste preference. We typically process approved return/refund
requests within 1-2 business days. Any orders shipped back without previous
consent will not be eligible for a refund. A written return authorization from
an Esco Bars Direct representative is required. We will request feedback
regarding the product in question in order to properly process the refund
request.
All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking
fee and must be unopened.
Please inspect products immediately upon arrival. We do not
accept any return/exchange requests for items unless they are proven defective.
All return/exchange requests must be made within 15 days of the date of
purchase. We can only give store credit for open products. *Shipping is not
included and is the responsibility of the customer. *Esco Bars Direct reserves
the right to deny any return/exchange requests.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
3rd Party Carriers will attempt to deliver and may leave the
package at the door or on your porch. We are not responsible for packages that
are damaged, lost, or stolen after the driver confirms delivery of the package.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES
If a package
is returned to us due to address errors, marked "unclaimed" or
“return to sender,” or has been deemed undeliverable for any reason by the
final carrier, please notify us at [email protected] Once the package
is delivered back to us, our returns team will process it, refund the subtotal
of your order, or for free shipping orders, a 25% restocking fee.
